More five star nostalgia chow about which I cannot be objective at all. So much fun, it takes me right back to reading these Target Doctor Who novelizations in the backyard on a nice day.

Doctor Who and his fellow Time Lords engage in a battle of wits over the Presidency of Gallifrey and control over time itself.

I think this is my favorite doctor who novella so far. It is a fun, fast paced adventure and does a good job of capturing the feel of the actual television episode.
