ughhhh the spice is there, i loved cooper & penny, but i just don’t like the writing style. i think that’s why i didn’t like first down all the much either. the ending of this book is so abrupt too. ugh im so sad that i can’t say that i loved it.

My first Grace Reilly book and I was pleasantly impressed! Cooper is a dream boat and as a huge hockey fan, this book hit all the right spots. Plenty of great spice but also just a lot of really tender, loving moments. The 450 pages (special edition) flew by!
