Yes it’s a romance (which I don’t usually read) and there WAS a sex scene BUT if you ignore those two things, it was a really nice book. I read this in 2 days, I loved the characters. The premise kept me on edge and interested, but there were 0 twists and turns that I did not see coming from a mile away. (Okay technically there was one, but it was stupid and I didn’t care about it) this book fell into some of the tropes of the genre, but HEY, they work for a reason. It was not cringey or dumb, I liked it a lot.

read this on my holidays… not a huge romance girly so. i didn’t really get much out of it i just didn’t buy the romance tee bee haitch also i thought some stuff in here was quite silly. i think this would make a good movie though
