Dark golden retriever, oh heck yeah! Walker was way less stalker-ish and dark than Lincoln and Ari, but still had the most delicious obsession. And he took SUCH good care of Olivia. Probably the only time I found his un-hinged actions more endearing than crossing any lines. I'm also 100% down for when the MMC messes with her birth control! Gobbled it up!! True, she doesn't ever find out about all the lengths he went to in order to get her, but it wasn't necessary. Also LOVE the relationship with the guys in the 'circle of trust'. Their friendship is amazing.

Troy Duran and Alexis Paige once again did a wonderful job with this book!
Tropes:
NHL Player
Famous Pop Star
Abusive Conservatorship
Boy Obsessed
He Falls First

One Night Stand
Cinnamon Roll MMC
"Disney Prince"
Bedazzled...you know...
Addiction Rep
Breeding Kink
BC Tampering
Ohhhhh boy this was good. Walker meets Olivia at one of his games during a very rare night of freedom for her. They hit it off immediately and spend a night together. He falls head over heels and stops at absolutely nothing to make her his. This includes but is not limited to, stalking, black mailing her cousin, and tampering with her birth control. Olivia's life is complicated. She was once a famous pop star and is stuck in a very abusive conservatorship. Her agent and her "mother" are absolutely horrid people. My heart broke for her. Walker, who is nicknamed "Disney" lives up to that name and helps save her.
I could not get enough of these two! This series is making it very difficult to pick a favorite.

Yikes. Britney Spears/conservatorship coded. Vulnerable girl, toxic man doing really fucked up things with her fertility without her knowledge. THE WORST. This one was not fun for me, even in this, thankfully, completely fictional world. It really seemed “Disney” took advantage of Olivia and made big, permanent decisions for her, when she really should have been focused on mental health and healing. And then the subplot of the Circle of Trust with Ari and Lincoln, wherein they were all supporting, congratulating, and giving whole new ideas on how to control, gaslight, surveil, and trap their respective partners. Ick, ick, ick. I know this series is dark. I read a lot of dark romance, but with the group of guys all together spurring each other on, I don’t know, it just hit different.

The Pucking Wrong Date
Walker Davis is one of a kind… he’s such a fun and unhinged MMC and with the circle of trust up to their usual antics, I was cracking up nonstop. Olivia is an incredibly strong FMC but needs someone to bring some hope back into her life, and thankfully Walker is the one to do that for her. Their relationship is really amazing, and they were exactly what the other needed. The Wrong Pucking Date is one hell of a ride, and I easily could've read another 400 pages of these two.
