I, like other readers, can't believe this is a debut novel. This story was SO good!! It's the right way to do mental health rep. I related to Addy on SO many levels - from unsupportive parents who were my first bully to the spirals of depression and the panic attacks, the crappy love life...I now have a book hangover because this made me feel ALL the things. Highly recommend!
This is really 4.5 stars… ok, more like 4.75.
From the dedication to the acknowledgements, this book had a hold on me. Reading Addy’s story, realizing that I’m not alone in the bad moments and the anger isn’t weakness, helps to heal a little piece of me.
Watching Noah realize his love and seeing Addy fight so hard for herself and her future, up against people that should have been supporting her, ugh.. I was emotional several times - anger, sadness, laughter. It was like a therapy session in a book.
Just read this book. Thank me later.

This is it. The best mental health rep I've read in, I can't even remember how long. Addi has demons, but Noah is hands-on supportive and gives Addi space to learn and grow around her triggers. He is the ultimate book boyfriend! Maybe I love this hurt/comfort story so much because Noah reminds me of my partner, but Falling for Fury touched my soul, and I'm going to spread the love far and wide. If you've ever had someone with mental health concerns you didn't know how to help, or if that person is you and you don't know what to tell others when they ask how to help, just point them towards this story.
2.5 ⭐️
This book follows Addison, who struggles with her mental health and trust issues due to her troubled relationship with her parents, and Noah, who is solely focused on his career and avoiding love. When they meet, their unexpected connection challenges them to confront their fears and insecurities as they explore a passionate romance.
I was really looking forward to reading this book but I just couldn’t connect with any of the characters at all, and couldn’t even feel the bind between the main characters —maybe it was me, right book and wrong time. I wanted to DNF since the first few chapters but didn’t solely because I was reading it as an ARC. The only character worth staying for was Rosie.
The writing was really good tho, I’ll give you that.

Dnf at 55%. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish this one. The writing was repetitive and the characters showed no signs of growth or development. Unfortunately even the chemistry between the characters fell flat for me and their run ins were too frequent and too staged for the story to flow in a nice way.
This book dealt with Addison's issues so well. I enjoyed the development of Noah and Addison's relationship, which was brilliantly written. Addison was a character who had been dealt some cards that had made her feel things that not many people would understand, Noah was a character who was prepared to help Addison deal with her issues and show her that she is strong and her issues shouldn't keep her from finding her happy ending.
Thank you for the ARC.
Thank you for the ARC.
Her debut novel is here and let’s just say she knocked it right out of central sparks
I am speechless that this was a debut novel - it was amazing! When I get lost in a book like I did this one, you know it's great! The characters, Addison & Noah, were so real and relatable you can't help but fall in love them. When their paths cross unexpectedly, you immediately know there is going to be something special between them.
Addison has mental health issues and a turmoil filled relationship with her parents, and Noah is driven to succeed and keep his promise to his mom while making his deceased father proud of him. hey both had so much on their plates, and neither were looking for love, but a connection like their could not be denied.
That golden retriever energy from Noah was WOW! He was exactly what the fierce Addison needed. Gah! He was boyfriend goals to the next galaxy! Don't even get me started on that mouth of his...seriously...hot life an inferno. His patience towards Addison was so swoon worthy. He embraced her chaos, supported her, loved her, and had her back through thick and thin.
I can't wait to see more from this author and series!

"Falling for Fury" by Brittany Rianne is an emotional rollercoaster that I loved! Addison's fiery spirit and determination shine as she battles mental health issues and navigates a complicated relationship with her parents. She's so open about her struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, making her journey incredibly relatable and empowering.
Enter Noah, the successful businessman with a heart of gold. His promise to make his late father proud keeps him focused on his career, but meeting Addison changes everything. Who knew a backwards hat-wearing guy could be so swoon-worthy? His raw honesty and unwavering support for Addison, even at her lowest, make him a true hero. He's the perfect balance to Addison's fire, and their banter is pure gold. Their love story is sweet, steamy, and everything in between. The side characters add so much depth and charm to the story.
I'm already diving into my ARC of the next book in the series, "Hiding from Hope," and can't wait to see where Brittany Rianne takes us next!
