I have been contemplating reading this for a while, I absolutely loved Verity but the polarizing reviews on this one left me conflicted. I finally decided to go with the audiobook, however I have to say I am underwhelmed with the book overall, maybe Verity set the bar too high for me or I was expecting more creepy/paranormal aspects. As much as I loved the premise of the book and the beginning, the middle part felt dragged out and I have also seen the twist coming which took away the thrill a bit for me personally.

I liked the way they solved the issue and resolution they have come up with, the ending was satisfying to an extent because of this, that being said I love how CoHo’s brain work for thrillers so I will UNDOUBTEDLY read any thrillers she might bless us with!

Nie wiem co napisać. Ta książka była tak pokręcona i dziwna, ale z jakiegoś powodu mi się podobała. Naprawdę mnie wciągnęła i nie mogłam jej odłożyć bo czytałam z takim zaciekawieniem. Jestem pod wrażeniem, że colleen hoover wpadła na taki pomysł.
