This was an interesting look at how much we often think others are judging us for making decisions about what is best for us. However, often we are simply not on their minds as much as we feel we are. Cait delves into the shame of changing your mind or opting out when it feels as though others have expectations of you. However, I did feel as though this was less interesting and engaging than her other book. The premise of the book felt as though it was just another "stop caring what people think" type of self-help book.
