Where this book reflects on political rhetoric is meaningful.
Where it analyses models like Don Juan and Casanova is interesting.
Where it instructs the reader to manipulate others is terrifying.
For these implications, 2.5 stars. I feel uncomfortable for having read this.

Entertaining, however no real merit to his arguments. Wasn't persuaded, although I did enjoy the historical vignettes of the figures mentioned in the book.

A more appropriate title would be “The Art of Manipulation” and I cannot handle 400 more pages of it.

The furthest thing from what I want to be reading on my vacation. It’s due at the library in three days, and I do not want to waste any more of my free time reading it.

Well this bullshit was intertaining. It would be a nice reference if you wanna write about villains or morally grey characters.
