The ending of this book almost broke me, I was crying so hard. My main complaint about this book is that some of the middle parts were super dragged out, but some of the ending felt rushed. More specifically,
I wanted more about when Joan was in space and what research she was conducting while there, but that part was barely a chapter long; whereas the development of Joan and Vanessa's relationship spanned a 100 pages. I believe that development was necessary, but I feel as though the ending needed a bit more time than what was given.
I really did love this story and the characters involved in it.
