All I'm going to say is Narumi needs a good old slap in my opinion.
ugh so this left in, of course, a cliff hanger! i didn’t enjoy this as much as the previous mangas because i’m tired of the main “otp” always having an obstacle right when there’s a chance. imight try and grab vol.8 soon but i’m in no rush.

Damnn all these girls liking the same guy??
At the start Futaba thinks that Kou is giving her the silent treatment but it turns out that he’s just sick and he didn’t want to infect her—she finds this out when she goes to his home to deliver something Mr. Tanaka asked of her.
Kikuchi is trying to get in the way of Kou and Futaba. He’s jealous and wants Futaba for himself. It’s annoying because you want him to stop but also cute because boys got a crush on her. And rightfully so… she’s a catch!
Futaba confronts Narumi asking her to allow Kou to move on because she assumed that while Kou was trying to be there for Narumi he was stuck in the past himself and unable ti move on from his own grief. Narumi revealed that she also has feelings for Kou.
Shuko told Mr. Tanaka how she felt. He let her down easily… but then indirectly revealed that he may have felt something for her.
Is Futaba going to confess how she feels to Kou??
Why does there always have to be another girl that wants to ruin things for the fmc

Yuh, it runs in the Tanaka blood—they don't know any sense of distance. They are like the moon—sentimental, gloomy, glows in the dark, and they just pull you in, tempting you to keep an eye on them. By the way, I love Murao's evolution here! And yes, I'm already at volume 7 and I haven't said anything about how gorgeous the art is! It was the first thing that I liked about this before.
Lol, reading this while listening to Gravity by Bump of Chicken. Another Io Sakisaka theme song. And one of my faves!!

Ao Haru Ride, Vol. 7

3/5 stars
Well, in this volume, Futaba still didn't have any courage to confess to Kou. What's make it worse is, she tried to confront Narumi about her uneasiness seeing Narumi and Kou's closeness. Even though I didn't fancy Narumi's standpoint, I think I can agree with her point. She pointed out that what Futaba's doing is only for her's sake, not Kou's.
Then, the incident between Tanaka Sensei and Murao is a little bit unexpected. But, knowing that Tanaka Sensei let Kominato pursue his feeling towards Murao, I think I can root for him. After all, maybe my favourite pair in this series would be Kominato-Murao.
Seems like Futaba and Kou's relationship won't get any easy path.. let's see what they will face in the later chapter.

"But... Even if you stay together out if pity, won't it become painful for you someday..." - Futaba.
