This is very sad. It feels like I'm reading something I'm not suppose to.

“Something of no consequence for you might be the final nail in my coffin.”

It’s 1 am, I’m sobbing and I wish I could go back in time and tell Kafka everything’s going to be okay.

I'm always conflicted reading letters that were never intended to be published.  Kafka couldn't even deliver this to his own father, as it was too personal, but instead handed it to his mother.  She, in turn, never was able to deliver it to Kafka's father.
At the end of the day, I'm glad I lucked into good parents.  A lot of this didn't hit for me because I don't have much experience with the type of pain/frustration that Kafka is describing.
