Essential read!! I regret that it took me three years to finish this book (maybe because I was not ready then) but the audiobook helped a lot. It's an hour of such insightful reading!! I learned a lot, and some of the lessons resonate so much. one thing that stuck with me is when people repeatedly tell you that something is wrong about you, even if they stop doing so, sometimes it becomes you. IDK if that makes sense but that really hit a nerve 💔
