This is a second reading of this book. I enjoyed it the second time around...a lot. The art is fantastic and works well with the story. Flash and Captain Cold are treated as absolutes with no back story needed. The speed force gets this treatment too and it is very effective.
Never really got to the point where I had to read it. The story just plodded along and never moved from point a to point b. Really dissapointed.

I grew up a diehard Marvel fan, and actually knew very little about the DC Universe. In all honesty, I thought the Flash was sort of lame.

Man was I wrong. With a great mixture of intelligence, humor and honor, Flash is easily one of the more appealing superheroes available to us today. This book does a great job of establishing all of that, and sent me straight to my library for the next installment.

A great read any comic fan should pick up.

The Flash has the best super-power, and he's a good guy. Easily the best super-hero ever.

Fun read.

Just like last time, I started off the year by reading a Flash Comic. And it was the best decision.
A very intriguing and beautifully written story with an artstyle that deserves 5 stars by itself.

I am a huge fan of the Tv show and I thought it was time that I really get to know the character a bit better. And what's the best way to that? By reading the comics. I have reading order list and I can't wait to read all of them.
I really liked Move Forward. The way the author explained the speed force was well done. You don't need to be a physics geek to understand all the concepts that comes in like vortex, wormhole, release valve, etc... And the artwork was off the chain amazing. I can't wait read to the sequel.

This story is not one that is easily collected in trade form. 5 issues (the Mob Rule arc) is too short for a trade, but expanding it to 8 issues made for a somewhat confusing cliffhanger. The art is gorgeous and Barry Allen's character is spot on, however, so I have high hopes for this series.

I enjoy this comic and it was a nice easy read from what I had recently read. I really like the flash so I enjoyed this comic about him. I liked the plot but thought it moved to fast. Which o kinda get because he is the flash and moves fast. I probably would read this again as it was short and easy to get through.
