This is literally my favourite series right now. Simply because it’s cozy and fun and a little stupid while still being entertaining and even suspenseful.
Just...it’s the perfect read to balance out anything more serious or demanding.

It seems like the paranormal elements take a back seat at this point in the series, which is a shame because that’s what makes it distinct from other cozy mysteries.

I loved how comical this book was! The mismatched lovers and potion mishaps were cleverly done and charming along with a murder mystery!
