I have yet to read a Colleen Hoover book I did not like. This one is no different. First, she always comes up with the most interesting names!! I loved Tate and really connected with Miles. Most reviews I've read say they didn't see that coming, that they were annihilated by the twists and turns in the story - it wasn't like that for me (I just so happened to guess Miles's story from the beginning), but that didn't hold me back from loving every piece of this book.
My favorite quote from Miles:
“It’s not that I don’t like you...I just don’t want to like you. I don’t want to like anyone. I don’t want to date anyone. I don’t want to love anyone.”
Perfectly said. Right on the money.
If you need a true-grit love story, then this is a perfect one to read!
