First time reading a book from this author and really loved their style of world building and first person, at times 4th wall breaking, narration. Definitely not your usual sci-fi and I appr ciated the emotionally intelligent approach to space travel. Didn't give it 5 stars because I was hoping for a different ending but it did fit the book and the characters well.

 I really enjoyed this.

Ariadne is a very interesting POV. It came across that she was the glue that made this little found family of 4 work so well. Specially on such a long mission.

Very thought provoking, specially the ending. I look forward to reading more from Chambers.

Just wonderful. 

I really hate that when I tell people I read a lot of sci-fi, I just know most of them start thinking of space marines shooting aliens or spaceships blowing each other up with giant lasers, when I mean… this.
