Fantastic series, dark but very emotional, with amazing plot and many deep meaningful dialogues for a graphic novel.

This series was great. Well drawn and well thought out. It’s just long enough to get you feeling for the Locke family. Will absolutely be rereading in the future. It’s like a better thought out more heartwarming Umbrella Academy.

I really enjoyed this whole comic series. It kept me guessing, was just scary enough, and it didn't feel like a story I've heard 100 times.

This series was excellent. Scary, funny, sad, did I mention scary already?

The resolution was...good, but not as good as I was hoping. There's a lot of stuff that happens in this book, and truck loads of dialogue. I have to admit, my eyes started to glaze over at one point.

But each of the Locke children played a crucial role, and the villain vanquishing was just the right tone. Not everybody lives, which is exactly what I look for with any story like this.

Really fantastic. I can't recommend this series enough.

'Locke And Key Volume 6: Alpha and Omega' brings the series to a definite close. Which characters will make it out and which ones will fall? More importantly, it's a great end to the story arc.

Poor little Bode has been taken over by Dodge and he's trying to let someone know. Dodge is free to look for the Omega Key, which he finds. Meanwhile, the school year is ending, so that means prom. The after party is always in the caves outside the town of Lovecraft, Massachusetts. Of course Dodge shows up, opens a bad door and really bad things happen (in the spirit of Joss Whedon, don't get too attached to anyone). Tyler shows up for a final showdown. There is an epilogue that seems overly long, but wraps things up nicely.

It's an excellent story arc, and Joe Hill has written a memorable story arc here. The art by Gabriel Rodriguez is really good. Obviously, this is volume 6, so this is not the one to start with, but if you're looking for a good supernatural storyline, you can't do much better than Locke & Key.

I was given a review copy of this graphic novel by Diamond Book Distributors and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you for allowing me to review this graphic novel.
