Nothing groundbreaking in here, but a decent walkthrough of how engaging more with nature and the outdoors can help with mental health problems. Hardman is rightly quick to acknowledge that these methods should not be used in place of medicines and that not all methods will work for everyone.

I love that she included parkrun, my favourite thing to do on a Saturday morning in normal times and included lots of other activities such as birdwatching. I'd recommend the audiobook to most people. I really do believe that engaging with the outdoors can be preventative in developing mental health issues.
