It had a good pace and kept my interest, but I felt like something was lacking. There was a supernatural element to it I wasn't expecting and, while an interesting idea, it didn't feel like it was taken as far as it could have been.

A nice easy murder mystery with a "magical" twist. While an easy read, it was still suspenseful.

I used to really love the Savich/Shelock series, and I always seem to pick one up at the store when I see it. More often than not lately I have been disappointed. Once the action starts, the dialogue really suffers. There are some points where you have to laugh at the conversation between characters because it isn't believable at all. The plot/concept is good, but execution is lacking compared to some other authors in this genre.

This was one of my favorite Catherine Coulter books! We have a serial killer on the loose, stalking women in bars and killing them. Savich and Sherlock, along with two new agents, are trying to track down this mysterious killer who dresses all in black, when
Spoiler DNA testing reveals that not only is their suspect actually a woman, not a man, but she is likely the daughter of notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.
Much drama ensues as they fly around the country pursuing leads, and the craziness and intrigue hits a new level once they start digging around into the potential suspect’s past.

In several secondary stories, an elderly shop owner is targeted for murder, and one of the FBI agents is at her father’s bedside as he passes, only to hear him blurt out information about a crime committed long ago. Could this be true, and what really happened? And what is this family trying to hide? A really cool, twisty thriller with surprises around every bend!

A woman-killer is on the loose, and it's up to FBI agents Dillon Savich and Lacey Sherlock to bring him down. They soon discover the killer has blood ties to an infamous and now long-dead monster. Savich and Sherlock are joined by agents Lucy Carlyle and Cooper McKnight, and the chase is on...

Another great thriller.

FBI Thriller with a lil bit of romance.
The FBI team is hunting down "the Black Beret" who ends up being Ted Bundy's unknown daughter.

This novel did not just jump the shark. It kidnapped Dinoshark, bred it with Ghost Shark, made a Sharknado of their progeny, and then jumped that. Repeatedly. Had I been expecting such high levels of absurdity, I might have enjoyed it, but I was expecting something more like the previous books in the series and was left rather disappointed.
