I really liked this book. I appreciated that it gave a different perspective to a mystery book. The main character can be extremely reckless at times, but it doesn’t come across as out of character for her. A very good read, and I’m excited for the sequel.

In my opinion, some of the dialogue in this story was very corny. I was going to rate this one a 2 star, but I admit I listened to the audio book for this and I think the narrator just annoyed me so I can’t ding for that.
WOW what a read!!! The author gives you exactly what you want. I gave a prediction at the beginning of this book and the author echoed my suspicions as a possibility. Then after going down this rabbit hole, the author gives startling answers to the who done it question. Riveting, I had to finish the book in one day. Highly recommend.

Loved this book! Very fun read and kept me guessing. Lots of plot twists and questions arise through the story. I will say for me the worst part was when the dog died, that made me sad, but other than that it was good and worth the read. Will be continuing the series.
