This one was just fine for me. Lots of characters to keep straight and characters from the back stories of the main characters. This was well done but not my fav by Elin!

DNF. I just don’t feel like I fit in this world. I struggle with people—especially women—who are fixated on their weight, and the classism I see everywhere is exhausting. Honestly, it’s hard not to feel alienated. Can we please get over all this superficiality?

Kinda sad about this book because with how much I loved Hotel Nantucket, I was really hoping I would like this book too! It wasn’t engaging and didn’t leave me feeling inspired or thrilled, just felt like I was coasting along a flat storyline.

This was the first book I've read by Elin Hilderbrand, and I absolutely loved it! I ate it up. Loved the setting, characters, drama, concept, and theme of female friendship and forgiveness. 

This had just enough detailed writing of the setting, food, home decor, etc. to give a nice level of coziness. I kept wanting to get back to reading it when I wasn't. Had a lot of fun and will definitely pickup more from this author! Great read!
