This book was perfect timing for me as it was an enjoyable final beach read to conclude summer. I enjoy Elin Hilderbrand's writing style because she writes digestible vacation-type books (a favorite category of mine) about women in an age range that I've been craving (thrilling lives can happen after high school and your twenties people!).
This book in particular gave a fun glimpse into the lives of East Coast housewives, social media influencers, and sports agents. This book did have drama, romance and some mystery-- which I really liked. My cons were that some of the drama seemed disproportionate to what had occurred and the ending felt like a stumble across the finish line and a bow-topped happy ending was just thrown in there.
