I was fascinated by the characters but I couldn’t have related less to anyone on this planet. Having spent a weekend in Nantucket once, this book is quite accurate in its depiction. It’s swarming with stark white chinos, designer handbags, and coastal glamour. Very well written and the drama was intoxicating!

I didn't like this one as much as I've liked some of Hilderbrand's other books, but this is still a fun beachy read.

This book wasn’t as good as “Summer of ‘69” but it wrapped up well in the end. I will definitely read more Hildebrand books.
