I never saw the TV show Dallas but I do know that one of its seasons has become rather well known for being dreamt by one of the characters. Without seeing the show I cannot say how well done it was - but I've never thought it a particularly good idea. I still stand by this opinion having read this book.

I thought the concept of the book was interesting - a young woman who loves Salsa dancing but wants to be a pilot gets stranded on a tropial island with two romantic interests (okay - it does sound like stereotypical chick-lit but the female having an interesting ambition that is typically male dominated is different), and up until the 'reality' segment I didn't think the book was that bad. There are a couple of typos that were rather obvious, some things were somewhat cliched - the male lead is a bit of a stalker (I'm sorry but I personally do not find the idea of someone finding information about me over the course of a year because they have a crush on me romantic), but on the whole it was well done and, in terms of lust not love, realistic.

When the reality section entered though I was just shaking my head - I have no idea if sharing dreams is actually something that happens but people sharing brainwaves takes this, in my opinion, into the realms of fantasy (and not the dungeons and dragons kind of fantasy) and it completely ruined the romantic base between the two leads for me.

I'm glad I got this book for the Kindle free as if I had bought it I think I would have been disapointed - that said I probably would read some more of this authors books.

This book was great. I really loved it. Liam was the sweetest guy ever and I really dig Nina's determination and will to get past anything. Together they were hottttt.

Actually one of the best parts of this book for me was the HUGE-ASS TWIST somewhere near 70%. I thought it was genius and I found it incredibly touching.

I can also see that Jade Hart did her research on this. Jade: It was worth it, hon!

Definitely recommended-- it's not just a cute romance but also left me thinking.
