Really lovely picture book about a boy losing his favorite toy on a walk through the woods. The story pauses while the boy sleeps, and we get several pages of beautiful, wordless pictures, kind of dreamlike, about the toy's adventures. The implication from the pictures is that the toy found its way home with the help of some woodland animals (while the family is treating the toy like it's not "real").
The toy is a stuffed lion, who is helped by a fox, a rabbit, a very large bear, and a few other woodland animals make an appearance.

Minor: Grief
Henry, of course, is sad when he loses his toy and has to go to bed without it. Henry's sister says "How can Leo love anything? Leo is a stuffed toy, and toys AREN'T REAL." Henry looks sad and a little bullied on this page.
