I don’t rate books 1 star like rarely but this book has bored me out a lot with repetition and I guess my genre is def not self help

I had heard so many great things about this book, but it was SO repetitive. The writing felt unfocused, opinion-based, and so longwinded. This took me forever to finish and I should have DNF’d it

"The Mountain Is You" by Brianna Wiest is a book that tries to be meaningful and important but falls short of delivering new insights. While it serves as a good reminder when feeling stuck in life, it may not offer much for those on an advanced healing journey. The book's messages were appreciated during a time of feeling stuck, but overall, it was an okay read. With a rating of 3 stars, it wasn't bad but didn't leave a significant impact.

I’ve read a lot of self-help books, but this one really resonated with me. I think this was well written, and easy to follow and not too long. It really gives you tools to improve your life. I would recommend this book.
