4.5 stars -- Man it was nice to be back in Eva's world....especially since the last episode ended with a "what the what????" Another solid addition to the series...I just want to read more and more. I had no idea how things would go with Nathan, and what we were going to see of Harvey. It's so hard, b/c I seriously fell in love with those two in Dark Expanse, and so I *want* it to go one way, but as always Ms. Kay knows what the *right* way is to go...so I have these moments of "NOOOO!!! I want it to be like it was before!" b/c I like being unrealistic. I was seriously sad that it seems as though Harvey and Nathan drifted apart. :( But I'm seriously hoping we see some of him in the upcoming episode!!
LOVE LOVE LOVED the Alex stuff. And BRETT! Who knew that relationship would be there?! I love that Eva's starting to form relationships, even begrudgingly. Every emotion and reaction is so realistic and believable. There's still a lot of mystery left to solve, though I will say I was NOT surprised at all by the last sentence. GRRR...EVIL GUY IS EVIL.
I know this is Eva's story, but I can't help but wonder what the next episode will hold, and I'm going to miss Stasia, Liz, Kyle, and Brett if it goes the way I think it will go. HURRY UP THERESA!!! I NEED MORE NOW! It's just so unique and different in my mind, and really gives me that feel like I'm watching my sci-fi tv shows (Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, even smidgeons of Star Trek)....
