Outstanding. The audio--to-book process is an interesting one to watch. Apart from the excellent history, Gladwell interleaves his reading with interviews and historic audio. I learned a lot.

Should definitely be listened to rather than read - there’s a good bit of historical audio/interviews included, and they add a lot to the story.

A brief yet brilliant book. Gladwell takes the reader through the Norgren bombsight and how it could change warfare (high altitude precision bombing) but was abandoned to pursue area bombing. The morality of it is discussed and is put into perspective for the technology and the politics of the time.

Malcolm Gladwell is a master storyteller and I will always read any book written by him, but this one seems slight. Perhaps it's because it was made for audio and I accessed the print edition. Still enjoyable, but his his least engaging book.
