This is the second book in the Infernal Devices series. I remember being absolutely obsessed with the first book. I loved the characters, I was obsessed with the plot as there was so much tension. But this book felt really slow to me. In the first half, it felt like hardly anything happened. Don't get me wrong, I am still obsessed with the characters. However, I do like Tessa a little less after this love triangle story. What is that even, and how can she do that to Jem when he already struggles with his mental health that much? The other characters were still great, and I would love to see more of Will and Jessamine in the other books.
Achingly beautiful. Cassandra Clare, not only have you rightfully torn me in two but also caused me to lose a night's worth of sleep. And, I don't regret a minute of it.

I honestly don’t even know how to review this book without spoiling it. But I could just say that it’s adventurous. Even more so than Clockwork Angel in my opinion! Also, the amount of emotional scenes with Will, Jem and Tessa!! PREPARE YOURSELVES IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ IT!
Cassandra Clare books have always given me a hard time. I use to find them to drag out, but this book changed my mind. For a tall 500 page book, there really wasn't much to Clockwork Prince, but the characters were so rich, I found myself not caring. Every character has a special place in my heart, which this book broke. I cannot wait to move on to the next one!
