Every single thing in this cookbook looks so tasty. Instruction seem easy to follow, and I like how she adds variations to the recipes. I can't wait to try some of them.

No breakfast or "dessert" recipes. Good practical everyday meals.

Half cookbook and half information/narrative. Very good for those new to the paleo/primal lifestyle and those who have been on this road for a long time. Everyone will love the recipes - outside of vegetarians and vegans of course.

Absolutely loved this cook book. For all the people out there that want to eat clean but don't have a lot of time to cook or aren't naturally talented at it, this is the book for you. Easy, versatile, simplistic, and every recipe tastes oh so good. Cannot wait to try every single recipe and adopt Melissa's way of approaching the paleo diet into her routine!

This is a great basic guide to Paleo eating. There are a lot of "can'ts" with Paleo but this book helps you focus on all the "cans" and puts it in a form that is easily digestible and easily maintainable. This is a great supplement for the Whole30 program as well. Even if you aren't eating Paleo this is a great basic cookbook that teaches you how to combine basic proteins, vegetables, and spices for a delicious meal. I highly recommend!

I love how this cookbook is arranged. I'm trying to eat less meat, so it's nice to have and entire section for vegetables.

Ok there's a lot of recipes in this book I'd like to try. Even ones with cauliflower. I'm not real convinced by the whole paleo thing, but I'm definitely willing to try some recipes.

I don't follow the Paleo way but I'm intrigued. I've already made the Sri Lankan curry sauce and it was fantastic. Looking forward to the coconut almond green beans and the salmon a l'Afrique du nord. Her tips on organizing your cooking on the weekends for quick dinners are inspirational.
