La prima parte del libro per quanto potesse essere interessante l'ho letta in una parte della mia vita che non avevo molto la voglia di leggere, ciononostante ho apprezzato moltissimo l'idea in sé del libro, l'idea del diavolo che scende a Mosca prendendosi gioco di un popolo che semplicemente rifiuta di crederci è esilarante. Ma la vera scoperta del libro è la seconda parte quando si concentra sul maestro e Margherita, ho letto questa parte mentre facevo l'animatore ma nonostante ciò mi ha attirato un sacco. Le parti che ho preferito sono state le regressioni sui racconti della Giudea, Peccato per la prima parte per il resto un gran bel libro.

This was delightful. Like if Catch-22 was Russian and the cast were abducted by the fae. It's hard to describe the experience of reading this book: it's less funny than I thought it would be, although I laughed outright in places; the wordplay and descriptions are rich, which was unexpected from a surrealist/satire; and the depiction of the devil was unexpected. Very meandering, but I enjoyed my time.
