Does what it says on the tin. If it interests you read it, otherwise don't. Some good anecdotes and interesting tidbits. Is what it is.

Keeping up with the plan to try lots of different types of genres, this was an interesting book telling the story and key information of every element - the best is still francium though ✅

A fun and engaging book that takes you on a tour of the periodic table, breaking down some of the key points that makes each element useful and exciting in their own right, to give a brief but satisfying overview. A little bit of chemical knowledge (roughly GCSE) is probably needed to enjoy it, but there’s nothing too challenging that should be intimidating. A really good read (and starting place) for anyone with an interest in chemistry, and the history of the elements!
