**I voluntarily reviewed this ARC**

I'm having some mixed feelings about this one. Overall it was a really good book, but the police shooter subplot bothered me. I just feel like it was a little too real, and kind of bad timing with all the police shootings in the news. Other than that I really enjoyed the book. It had so many emotions and twists in it.

Always nice to visit with Claire, Mike and Village Blend crew. Mike and Claire, finally, finally decide to tie the knot which is great but weirdly we don't actually get that much Claire & Mike together. Most of the book is Claire investigating the mystery of the week with ex-husband Matt, while Mike occasionally pops in for food & sex.

Love the recipes at the end of the book for all the delicious treats Claire makes. Yum.

A cozy mystery with all the pros and cons of a cozy mystery. You have to suspend belief and put up with some clunky dialog but the mysteries are good and the characters well worn.

Cleo Coyle has done an incredible job with this series! The plots are creative, diverse and interesting, the characters have become fast favorites and the facts thrown in about coffee have taught me so much! This book was a fun mystery, with many sub-mysteries involved as well. Very well done!
