I always have rather mixed reviews on collection of short stories; sometimes I adore them and sometimes I find them rubbish 😢 This time it was unfortunately the latter.
‘Women and Women’ was great. A story where men ‘don’t exist’ was fascinating (and incredibly idyllic 😂) to get into!

‘Forgotten’ was fun. Emma and Sol’s lives on Earth were relatable in that there were significant peaks and troughs 😳
‘Terminal Boredom’, the titular story, was odd. In fact, the whole collection of stories felt very odd and I didn’t know what to make of them at all 😂 But this one included some futuristic dystopian energy alongside some body horror (obviously I’ll include the content warnings below).
Although I was gripped by many of the stories, I am only giving it 2.5 stars. I wanted to enjoy it more but was left confused throughout 😅 Sorry and thank you ✨
Graphic: Body horror, Injury/Injury detail, and Toxic relationship
