Easily one of the better Bridgerton books.
Loved the heroine, but had somewhat less patience for the hero. I appreciated that none of the heroine's brothers was too obnoxious in concerning themselves with her honor and virtue.

I tried reading this a couple years ago when I read the other six books, but by book seven was tired of them. This try though it was fun. I liked the mystery of the jewels. And Hyacinth and Gareth were really sweet. Lady Danbury was amazing as usual. I loved the epilogues and want more of Isabella.
