Yes, I read it all. Victoria, the protagonist, is a delusional bitch. I hated her. But damn it, I couldn't put the book down. I had to know what crazy thing she was going to daydream next.

The ending happened way too quickly. Developing that kind of thing in 1 short chapter and a paragraph of the previous chapter is WILD.

Fantastically crazy. This books is a fun read with a crazy character. She isn't happy in her marriage. On her day off reads in a cafe, she sees a man reading the same books and falls inlove with him. It's funny how crazy she is as a reader you see into her thoughts.

This book was a fun, easy read, though I also found it absurd & silly, but I don't mean those things as slights. Victoria, our main character, goes to great lengths to find fault with everyone it seems, even her best friend. Eric's nipples are too big, Luke looks fat when he sits a certain way and drinks beer (GASP), and Holly, the bestie, is a total idiot and a tramp (Victoria's judgment, not mine). Somehow Victoria in all her castigations, manages to be both insufferable and enjoyable (if not likable). She's as pretentious and inflexible as Eric, though it looks different. It's clear these two detest each other. A marriage of convenience seems a misnomer, as they both are quite INconvenienced, but it's something like that that keeps them together.

While I understand we needed the astral projection for the ending, it didn't make sense to me in the context of the rest of the book. There were no other supernatural elements that I picked up on, so it felt out of place to me. I could have done without that and think the book and the ending could have been possible another way. The ending felt satisfying because to me, it highlighted that she will never be satisfied. At close, she is already getting annoying with her "soulmate" Luke and comforting herself with the assurance that if necessary, she could help formulate his demise as well.
