Another cute read from Lily. I absolutely love the snark and banter and the sugary sweetness.

Lily is my go to when I need an easy read that cleanses my palette.

Mal and Caden are one of my favorite couples from the Lilyverse and I absolutely loved how Joel performed them.

Their chemistry was palpable, their banter was just right and the epilogue was beautiful.

Loved every minute of it.

Adorable. I now want to go back and re-read all of Lily Morton's books because I just love her writing style and this made me remember just how much.

I upgraded this to 5 stars because my love for Malachi grows with every re-read.

This was a short and sweet HEA MM that was an easy quick read. I would have given it a higher review but there were some super corny and confusing lines in this baby that held me back from giving it 4 stars. For instance...

'I inhale sharply, feeling desire run through me like jam, melting and bubbling.'

lovely little story.

So sweet with opposites attract, a lovely Cornwall sheep farm, snarky banter, bronchitis, and a bit of relationship drama. Nothing traumatizing - though they both have difficult things in their past. They healed each other and I loved the epilogue

I have read a LOT of Lily Morton books - some of them more than once - and somehow this book slipped through the cracks and I've never actually read it.

It's pretty sort and sweet. I kind of wish we'd learned more about both character's personalities, seen them spend more time together, and that the book had more Cadan POV chapters instead of heavily being Mal's POV, but overall I enjoyed it.
