A decent read for my first try with this author. Cora was a rich, sheltered girl until the FBI stormed the party at her parent's mansion and arrested her dad. Now her and her mom are flat broke and forced to live in the ghetto. To some extent I could understand her naivety but it got a little ridiculous. In the age of YouTube, no one who can't cook should 'wing it'. That's just stupid and wasteful. Her first few weeks at her new school was hell because everyone hated her father for ripping off their families. Then the lost boys swoop in to claim her in return for protection. That gave me prison vibes.

I seriously loved this author's writing up until Cora had a huge TSTL moment that ends with the boys in hot water. She has no survival instincts whatsoever. There's not much bullying apart from the start and I was waiting for the other shoe to drop but it didn't happen. The guys really liked her. I hated Cora's parents who seemed like they were happy to let their money raise her. But I'm looking forward to the next book and hoping the guys get more developed and Cora gets some sense.

Pure unadulterated trash... and I loved it. Way out of my reading comfort zone. It was free on Amazon... it looked like a cheeky smut-filled high school book so I “bought” it. I can’t believe the debauchery I just read. And, who knew there was a bully reverse harem genre?!?! Onward to books two and three.

dnf (81%), idk it was boring for me

Cordelia is so stupid it truly infuriates me. She won't stand up for herself and is naive and dumb.
