This is definitely the best in the 5 part series so far. We finally get a lot of reveals that are hinted at in earlier parts, which leads to some interesting storyline development. Freya really comes into her own in this story, and we learn a bit more about the history of the escaped humans.

I normally do not like books that contain time travel as it is handled as an easy solution to complicated problems. Scott Baron does a great job at not only answering some questions about paradox's in his universe but also uses this book to answer how some of the less believable events in the previous books happened. Enjoy the ride as Daisy and crew try to figure out what they can and can't influence while back in time meeting old and new friends.
