I feel like this book just needed more content - Eleanor was dealing with so much (and none of it well), and it felt like nothing was addressed or tied off. Her relationship with Ellis, using Samir for her own satisfaction, Sig, her relationship with her family, her job, nothing. All of these things were presented and while some were tied up, there was no real impact or consequence to any of them. It felt like nothing really mattered in the story.
