Such an emotional book! I thought I had it figured out and was wrong as usual. It was interesting to see how things transpired and the twists were big surprises. Some reviewers were not happy with the unusual circumstances in the plot, but similar accounts have been widely documented. My big issue with the book was the age difference between two of the main characters, but I guess that's the mom in me talking.

i didnt think it was good tbh like i wanted to dnf it but i was too far into it. It was easy to read but wasnt good. the cover was better than the book was by far. dont recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The first part I absolutely loved, it was well written and explores grief and trauma brilliantly. But I struggled with the twists in the story and the bits that came after that.
