This sequel to “The Things We Can Not Say” is probably one of the most emotionally heavy books I’ve ever read. Kelly Rimmer does such a good job at depicting the suffering endured during such an awful time in history. Expect to cry.

As the title suggests, this book is set during WW2 in Warsaw and focuses on two young people trying to survive. An interesting read which really draws you in to the plight of the two main characters.
