Speaks about the power of mental image, forgiveness and creating your reality/personality. How is this book not as famous as the secret; the latter being a bullshit book that does not actually tell the secret. Psycho cybernetics is the secret. The book has been published more than half a century ago, but no one knows about it.

I am already feeling the difference in me.

Some very interesting ideas, feel like a lot of it matches up with biblical truths. How our beliefs and world view really define who we are.

I really enjoyed this fascinating scientific approach to manifesting your best life, but I can't exactly recommend this old-timey self-help book since it is rife with sexism and tinged with racism. If you do want to read this book, I'd recommend buying a used copy and literally crossing through these problematic parts. I like to write things like "Absolutely not" or "I rebuke" in the margins. Then I forget about them. This is, after all, one of the thought strategies the author recommends.
