For the first Miss Marple book ive read i actually found myself kind of gripped, unlike Murder at the Vicerage which annoyed me. Still not my favorite Christie and Poirot is a better detective but enjoyable nonetheless.

One of my favorite Christie novels... it's the one where Heather Badcock is all excited to meet the actress Marina Gregg and ends up with a poisoned daiquiri. Mrs. Bantry is there and so is Miss Marple. I loved this one enough to buy it. I know I will read it again.
