I think this book could have been great but it was almost like a shirt story. The edition of book I read had very large print to extend the book to 300 pages, but I felt that the story itself could have been added to to extend it to that number if pages without the need to increase the font size. It wad a typical Mary Burton story so if you are a fan of her, Karen Rose etc then it is worth a read but I felt disappointed to only get the bare bones of they story instead of a proper novel.
