I’ve always enjoyed Greek mythology - stories filled with drama, mostly with Zeus being Zeus, and the results of said drama always seem to have a disastrous result for the mortals involved.  This retelling of the stories of some of the heroes of the Greek world by Stephen Fry was an entertaining read, and I loved his dry humour being injected into these stories - for example, Heracles (Hercules) is noted to not be the brightest pixel on the screen.

If you are interested in Greek mythology, I recommend this series as an easy & accessible way to learn about these stories.  I’m looking forward to the next two in this series, Troy & Odyssey, to see how much I can remember from high school & reading The Illiad & The Odyssey.
