Honestly this book kept me hooked from beginning to end. The characters of Chloe and Sebastian were beautifully written. Dark and broody Sebastian, the boy with so many secrets was one the reader could not help but fall in love with and the heartbreaking Chloe who had the deck stacked against her with all of the baggage from her past. Tragically beautiful. Once again Willow Winters does not

Omg from the gorgeous cover to the pages in between, this book was amazing. LOVED every single part of it. A Kiss to Tell had me hooked from the first page and I did not want to put it down. Fingers crossed there will be another book about Bastian and Chloe, would love to find out how the end up.
Willow you blow me away with your writing it is simply addicting and your books are page turners and need to be read by everyone!!!

Wow, what a book. This book had so much going on it should have blown my kindle up. The suspense, the lust, hate, intrigue, it created a real page turner. I couldn't wait to flip the page to see what was going to happen next. The characters and plot were perfect, and kept you coming back for more. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to be sucked into a book to lose themselves for hours. Told in dual pov.

OK, honestly? This book was a bit weird for me. It was well written, and I did enjoy it enough that I am going to rate it 4-Stars. However, it felt like an incomplete story. Almost like the entire point of the book was maybe just to give us some insight into Carter from the Merciless series. Which would have been fine if Chloe's and Sebastian's story had been more fleshed out. I felt like I was missing huge chunks of their history, which made it hard for me to connect with them as a couple. On top of that, the ending was also left a little unfinished. So perhaps we are going to see this couple in future books?
That being said, it wasn't a bad book either. Like I mentioned the writing was excellent. This author is fantastic at writing emotional stories that grip the reader right from the start, and this book was steeped in emotion and pain. It is a relatively short book, so the pace was quite quick. There wasn't any OW or OM drama. The hero wasn't a manwhore. The heroine (unfortunately) was a virgin. We get a couple of good sex scenes. The secondary characters (mainly Carter) were interesting, and the two main characters were likable for the most part.
So yea, as I said above, it was a bit of an odd read. And as much as I enjoyed it, I still think it could have been much better had the author fleshed out the story more. In any case, I am still going to go ahead and recommend it. Especially if you have been reading the Merciless series as the little extra info about Carter makes a welcome addition.

I absolutely loved this book. I am definitely planning on reading it again. I had mixed feelings on Sebastian and Chloeโs relationship in the beginning, however, when he decided <to leave with her in the end> I realized that he really does love her.
Moderate: Murder
This book goes into details during the chapters that involve sex.
