Easy For Keeps was a pretty fun audio to listen to. I really liked getting to know Adam in this one. His friendship with Callie was cute but I really wanted to know more about Sarah. Luckily for me, myself, and I - he wanted to know her more too!

Adam and Sarah were adorable. They were so into each other which made me smile. Sarah, poor girl, has been in a dry spell. So when Adam comes in.. it's like the gates are finally opening and a tsunami might come (lol).

Then there's the small teeny tiny fact that Sarah has a kid.. but no biggie because Adam can't get enough of those two together. I feel like this book was jam-packed with so many goodies! I loved everything about this book and I haven't even listened to any of the books in the Boudreaux series #fail.

Overall, I found a new series to start lol.

Another Proby hit! I loved getting to see Adam, Callie's partner at The Odyssey, get tamed by Sarah and her daughter Haillie.

A quick read, but quite enjoyable!

We met Adam Turner in Easy Melody - he's The Odyssey's bartender and now co-owner. A self-proclaimed lover of women of all shapes and sizes, race or religion, he's sure of one thing in his life: he won't be tied down by one woman. He's a confirmed bachelor and happy with it. So. when he finds a little girl alone and lost at a grocery store, the least thing he expected was to find himself running errands all day for her mom.
Sarah Cox has just moved to New Orleans, taking a job as a social worker specializing in at risk women and children. She's very wary of the tall drink of sin who not only charmed her daughter but is willing to drive her around when her car won't start.
Adam doesn't believe in forever. Sarah knows forever can end in an instant, but when her job puts her in danger, things get put into perspective really soon...
I really enjoyed this one! I loved Adam in the previous book and I really enjoyed him being brought down to his knees by the two women - a mom and her cute kids.
This, though short, deals with hard subjects such as loss of a spouse, domestic abuse and violence.
The kid is a hoot and this short audiobook was really good.
Narrated again by Rachel Fulginiti and Sebastian York.
Possible triggers: loss of spouse (historical), domestic violence, hostage situation

Another single parent romance from Proby and I liked it bit more than the first one in this series. So far Boudreaux is a miss for me.

A really great short story, it was sexy, fun and easy to read. The characters were really likable especially Sarah's little girl Hailey who was just adorable and I would recommend it to others.

Easy for Keeps is a novella in The Boudreaux Series by Kristen Proby. I've read all the books in this series and they are all great! We've met Adam before and he's always been fun, sexy and a major player. Adam loves woman and doesn't ever see himself settling down. Until he meets Sarah. A kick ass single mother who is sexy, smart and can take care of herself. After one night with her, Adam can't walk away. He wants more. Much more. Sarah can't seem to stay away from Adam and his sexiness. Not only is he hot, and they steam up the bedroom, she actually likes him. He loves her daughter and is so great with her. Adam easily falls into a relationship and he's not even scared. He truly sees himself being happy with Sarah and Hailey for a long time. When Sarah is caught in the crossfire and she's in danger, will Adam run or finally admit to her how he feels? I loved this story! It's short, hot and sweet. It's a novella, but it felt like a full length novel. Adam is just totally lickable!

"So, where does he rank?"
"He's between wow and unsanitary licking."

"But it burns like a mother ducker."
I pull back and grin. "Ducker?"
"Auto correct of the month. I have to have it turned on because I have a five-year-old." She smirks. "You're hot."
"You're drunk."

"What is this, Sweet Home Alabama? You have a baby. In a bar."
