I am glad she did a sequel to “It ends With Us” but I did find it a hard to believe story for the most part. A little bit too “it works out for everyone in the end” for me. Atlas does not seem like a realistic character. Very Gatsby waiting for Daisy.

I hated It Ends With us so it’s probably my fault for picking this one up, but I hated it even more. Any redeeming qualities from the first book were completely absent in this one; the characters were completely flat and one dimensional, it was repetitive with multiple pages pulled directly from  the first book. Lily's reflections on divorce are also entirely repetitive and it feels like you’re reading the same lines over and over

Hard to read but deals with important topics. It is unfortunately a very realistic and bleak insight into the minds of friends and family of abusers.
