I gave The Lost Hero ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars! This was actually quite an unexpected read, and to be honest when I started off the book I was a bit unsure of whether I’d like it or not. But oh my did the book get amazing, and honestly the vibes were there and the characters were as well. Jason just felt like a copy and paste Percy but also different? I don’t know if that makes any sense

this has a completely different vibe from the first series. although i really liked being introduced to jason, piper and leo this one felt like it dragged a little... but what IS interesting to me, and i think i mentioned this in another review, is that in rereading this i enjoy certain characters a lot more than i did when i first read this when i was young. piper and jason have become a lot more likeable to me and leo was always likeable haha im just waiting for the rest of the crew to come in. i feel like there's a lot more charm when theyre all together.

A little bit confusing - which I realize is part of the plot but difficult to navigate a world we had just got acquainted with. Loved the main characters otherwise!
